HELP installing Weapon R racing harness...
i just got them, and I don't see how in the crap it's supposed to install. I've usually installed them into the floor bottom with mounting plates, but this doesn't have any. I'm putting them in with Arospeed seats and I don't have a roll cage to install them to. What would your suggestions be?
I guess the Competition forum didn't get to him.
Guys, he has been hit with this non-rollover protection crap already, he probably ordered a set of arospeed Monkee-Barz or whatever to make his deathtrap complete.

First off, you wanna mount them on a floor bar? That is the wrong place to mount them. If you were in an accident, you'd probably die from a basilar skull fracture.
I didn't read what was said in the competition forum, but from what you already said (floor plates, whatever), it seems to me you're getting those harnesses for looks instead of function.
Another thing, those Weapon R "racing" harnesses are not even legal for sanctioned automotive competition use.
I highly recommend you stay away from those harnesses and get something that works, and mount it properly. Search on google.com or get a back issue of Grassroots Motorsports...there's an article describing the physics of crashing, and on the correct way to mount a racing harness. Good luck to you.

Crisis avoided.
I didn't see the thread in the Comp forum. They must have deleted it or something.
