Default Big thanks to Pan Auto in texas from Laskey Racing

We broke our diff. on the second round of qualifying on saturday at the the Lone Star Nationals. No one out there but Pan Auto had a trany to give me as I was already on my back up trany. They took me and team to there shop, let us use their air tools, feed us and made sure we had everything we needed to get back to competion. Sunday morning we ran a 9.45 at 157 mph...but only made it to the semis because of some horsepower loss. But if your ever in San Antonio and need parts or help, give them a call as they are some of the nicest people ive ever met and you can tell them I sent you there way..

The drive home was ok...lots of wind with some lightning. I drove about 18 of the 25 hours it took to get home. I had the 10 pm through 6 am shift. I think I fell asleep at the wheel like 10 times. I guess I should have Pulled over and rested a little, but im very stuburn. Also a big shot out to all the IDRC guys for helping me get to the race and searching for a trany...All of them are rad guys

I bought the turbo and RevHard manifold that came off your car before you did the new setup. Ask your dad about me. I live in knoxville.

That was cool of Pann to help a fellow racer out. Your car may be fast but none of the cars that they work on work very well. All they like to do is break ****, and make fucked up conversions with all kinds of wierd *** tail lights. Their mechanics suck ***** and couldn't install cold air intake without screwing it up. The only guys that I can think of that do decent import work is Thunder Fab and Max Velocity. Still though, they can't compete with the ricey demand here in SA. Not many real racers around here. Which is sad.

Well, im sorry to hear that. I was just reporting on how nice the people there were. I really cant say if there work is good or not, but the kindness they showed to my team was great.

--so how is that turbo and manifold working for you???

Good luck with your car.

Thanks.
