No you will have to swap the front fenders, and remove the front filler pannel also. The fenders will have to be cut and welded to make it it work. So yes it will work, but not bolt right on.

Yeah it is due to the filler panel fitment.

No that is different all together. The question was putting a crx bumper on a civic hb. Doing a JDM SiR front bumper on a CRX Si, you must change the hood, and headlights, the fenders will work fine. You must also modify the hood latch too, and use the appropriate bumper lights.

well i knew that but i thought there might be some other reason...i mean why would you have to have a new hood just for that...
if that was the only difference then the us hood would still fit.

The hood is 2.5" longer. The whole front end is more rounded, the headlights are longer, and sleeker. ther muper is more rounded too.

Make do with what you got man. I've been doing this stuff since I was 16. It started out as a hobby, then an addiction, now it is just the way I live. I've been fortunate enough to progressivly get better jobs, to support my lifestyle. I've had 3 crxes, 2 hatches, a turbo colt, a Suzuki Samurai on 37"s tires, I've had 2 zc's, I've done a Z6 obd1 swap, a b16 build and swap, swaped a 4g63t in my colt, swapped a 1.6l sidekick in my samurai, I've done 3 JDM frontend conversions, and done many swaps for others. Now I'm doing a K swap. I constantly modify stuff I can't change my ways now. Lucky for you, I've gathered plenty of info along the way, and I'm not stingy when it comes to sharing. I gotta go wireup a sidekick motor for my friend now GTG!
