Can someone help me identify this front lip?
Ebay may be your best bet. Call around to some body kit suppliers and see if they have any left. Rumors abound regarding whether Wings West is still in business or not. Goggle may be you friend here too!

As previously said, that's the WW Touring Style Lip. I used to have that on my accord about 4 years ago. Beware that the entire thing mounts only by double sided tape and two screws to the inside of the fender. I strongly recommend using additional screws.
did you use the double sided tape and screw or did you use additional screws? i use zip ties to hold on my sotck lip and entire bumper...works great
*edit: great looking car btw, are those racing heart C5s??

I used the double sided tape, the screws provided, AND I drilled 4 more holes at different locations throughout the bumper/lip and used my own screws for those.
One underneith each bumper turn signal
One at each end of the bottom of the grill.
The wheels are knockoffs by Katana and were about 1/3 the price.
