Cam Timing
When I was doing a valve adjustment I noticed that the pulley at TDC#1 left the cams off a little. Could this be a cause of the timing belt slipping a tooth? Also how do I fix this? Do I have to pull they entire belt and reinstall it? or can I loosen it and adjust without removing everything?
