Height difference B16 and B18 manifold??

Can someone tell me the height difference between B16 and B18 Exhausts manifold? Is B18 has large diameter than B16 1st gen?

b18b has a larger diameter. gsr headers work well w/ the b18b head. a b18b in an ef has no clearence probs w/ header and down pipe tho
