Yeah, your best bet is to search on Fitfreak.net.

Greddy and Apex'i make the quietest exhausts I've ever heard actually. For now you'd have to have a custom system made, like using kteller.com piping or a local muffler shop. I'd also check into a Magnaflow system when they're available. They meet sound requirements, all stainless, and I get them cheap on performancepeddler.com with the coupon code.

Fujitsubo, Spoon, T1R and J's racing all have exhausts as well. Be ready to pay a lot of money though.

The fact you want to remove your muffler to make it sound better is ricey. Just keep it on till you get an exhaust.

Edit: Price: CAD $705.00 (USD $591.64) not including shipping fees. OUCH!

Actually, just the muffler is not loud at all. We'll see when Dougie gets the b-pipe and the test pipe then we will know how loud it is going to be.

some pics from AJ-Racing of the Spoon N1

Sound Clip - http://www.aj-racing.com/ajpwr...p.MOV

but this was for a JDM spec Fit. But it seems as though there wasn't much difference in length as evident in these pics.

I enjoy it

The muffler itself is not that loud at all. I mean it is about as loud as the OEM exhaust. You can tell it is back there, but the intake make more noise than the Axle back rolling down the road...

I want your exhaust Dougie Pants!!!

<-- can't afford almost 6 bills for some titanium fun for the Fit.

I DO however, have some tricks up my sleeve and should be getting a sweet package here pretty soon. Should make me about 10 HP.

stay tuned...

Tanabe will have one out soon an also JIC. I have the Tanabe exhaust from Japan which is shorter and it isnt loud at all. Also there is a coilover kit that will be in production from a known name company which i cant say at this time. I would give you a price on it but then my post will be deleted.
