Default ISKY VALVE SPRINGS or STILL TODA ??

now im using Toda spring for skunk2 pro serries stg2.
but im thinking of changing valve springs, since i want to try skunk2 pro serries 3 for my next 2.0L motor. the pro3 had 13mm valve lift , i wonder if toda could handle it or not ???
since from what i know , JG using the same brand (isky) for their springs and JG said it was 12.000rpm save and the coild bind was capable for upto 13mm valve lift.

what is your oppinion guys?? and is it a wise to run pro 3 on 13.5:1 2.0L or better still running pro 2?
Don F, you're the one who ever try this pro serries 3 , please advise

Thanks a lot
