Default O2 sensor life expectancy?

Just curious about it. I'm not having any problems, and my car passes emissions like it runs on rainbows and sunshine, but 150,000 miles is coming up and I do wonder how long an O2 sensor typically lasts.

Has anybody here replaced the sensor, and if so why and at what mileage?

Secondary failed at ~135K. Odometer reads 155K now, and still no problems with the primary.
