someone broke into my car and they broke the outside passenger door handle and the locking unit inside of it.

Does anyone know how to fix it or tell me what i need to fix it?

by the way its a 1997 honda civic ex

 

take it to the shop if you dont want to deal with it.

 

open the door and pull the unit out if you can't figure out what exactly is broken. you can usually pick up a door handle lock or whatever is broken at the junk yard just bring your tools "You pull it" junk yards are cheaper just ask them where they put the honda's when you get there sign in and pay whatever it is to walk the yard usually a buck or two.

 

^^ Yup. Door handles are pretty easy to replace.
