haven't really looked at it on a count of its storming but i was just wondering if there was any common problems or any recomdations on why the rear defrost wouldn't work.i have a 91 crx si and this is the only thing that is not working on the car and it really sucks cause the whole way home i couldn't really see behind me. thanks for the help in advance

 

Do you know if someone previously had window tint on the back window? Sometimes if there has been and it is removed later the copper lines that make up the defrosting part get scratched and don't make a full circuit. Also, in case you haven't done it, check the fuse. They sell repair kits for the copper part that is etched onto the windshield but finding it is difficult without an ohm-meter.

Check the relay.

 

check the wiring that goes from the roof to the hatch, over the years, with opening and closing the hatch, the wires will break. It's the bunch in the rubber protector on the top right corner.
