new clutch stall

i juss put a new act clutch in my crx..with a ls swap but anywase i tightend the clutch all the way down and when itz in gear i can put the pedal in and i hit the brake and it i stalled...wtf??? help

check the ground at the tranny, dont tighten the cable too much. it shoud have some play in the pedal.

New clutch- Clutch engages when pedal is almost all out.
