Can I drive 50 miles daily with a turbo-LS tuned on crome? im thinking around 200-230whp, t3/to4e 440cc and tune on crome. STOCK Ls. Can i reliably drive this car 50+ miles a day?

as long as u have a good tune and keep ur car in good comdition that is no problem but dont forget tuning is the key to a long living motor

yeah I don't plan on beating the **** out of it as it will be my fun/daily driver. Maybe a couple revs every now and then, but with gas prices like this ill keep my foot light.

If tuned well it will be as reliable as the stock motor.

I drive 50+ miles on 7lb boost (Greddy turbo) with the piggy back system. (Also have Koyo radiator with slim fans). I still get good gas mileage. I'm at 136k with this motor but it's good to me as long as I don't rape it everyday.

But you're planning on making a lot more power on a stock LS which you'll be driving everyday. So we're not really in the same boat.

What's the condition of your motor?

because people can't afford to buy tires every 2 months.

That's why I "baby" my car sometimes. I usually can shift around 4-5000 rpms and stay in front of the pack though.
