Default Changed some mods, still need a RE-TUNE???

I got my motor tuned by Bubba about 3 months ago. I have a 00 ITR motor with BC IV cams and valvetrain on a stock block. When I had it tuned it had a mugen replica 4-1 header w/2.5" collector onto a carsound 2.5" cat to an 60mm Apexi WS2 catback exhaust. Now I've replaced all of that with a Profab header onto a custom 2.5" madrel bent straight pipe to a Dynomax exhaust (just like a Es Oval).
Now my question is, do I need to get it re-tuned or not? Positive info would help thanks.

I doubt you will need a re-tune.

I doubt it, but tuning it again with the new stuff couldn't hurt anything but the wallet, and that way you know the new mods are being utilized as much as possible.

Yea, I wanna be able to know that the car is utilizing the mods to its potential. I mean the motor should be able to breathe better now.
