Wheel Alignment question for 6th gen (1999) accord lx
This is for the car in the signature below.
What alignment paramters are adjustable on this car ?
Front and Rear - Toe, Camber, Caster. What is adjustable and what is not ?
I will be doing alignment soon on this car and was wondering what should I set for optimum performance without compromising much tire wear.. Am I better off just sticking to the optimum values in the manual ?
Also, I am curious to know if later generations had different alignment specs and suspensions ?
Thanks!

I want to alignment my car too , accord 97. Is it hard to realignment if you just have a jack. I know that in shop they pull your car up so that it is easier to align.
Front toe and caster is adjustable, while in the rear only toe is adjustable. For street driven car, you'll want your toe (F&R) set to zero to avoid accelerated tire wear.
dadado,
I would definitely not recommend trying to do an alignment yourself. Even if you get your car driving straight, without pulling either direction, you could still have incorrect toe. Leave the alignment to the professionals, who have all the expensive equipment to do it with.
