How the heck do I get to the back of the stock radio? Or how can I remove it? I find it nearly impossible?
And do they have RCA jacks in the back? Or do I need to get an adapter

To remove the factory radio, you need to first remove the center console. That will allow you to remove the panel beneath the radio bezel, which will expose the 8mm screws holding the whole unit in. You can then push from behind and the whole bezel will come out (there are 5-10 clips holding it in).
There are no RCA's on the factory radio, so you will need a line out converter.
If you're hooking up an amp, it might be easier for you to tap the rear speaker wires at the speakers to hook up your converter.

they have a nice write up on how to take your factory radio out. if you buy the metra radio dash kit, it also has a write up on how to take the radio out.
