Default t3/t04e 50 trim .63 spool time (d16z6)?

Iam putting in a t3/t04e 50 trim w/ a .63 in my crx that has a stock 95' d16z6. I will be running the SLS mini log mani w/ a 2.5" open downpipe. I was wondering if it will be able to boost ~10psi by ~4500rpms?

It should do that no problem. It depends on the gear, of course. In 4th gear, my 57trim .63 a/r hits 10-11psi at ~4000rpm.

And you're running a log mani w/open downpipe, so it shouldn't be a problem at all.
