I am entertaining the option of parting out my stolen 2005 RSX Type S shell. The engine and transmission are intact with no damage, but the wheels, headlights, and seats are missing. There is some minor body damage to the front and rear bumpers and the passenger-side front fender is damaged (the hood also is slightly misaliged from said impact). The interior panels are also damaged, but the dash, cluster, steering wheel, and center console are all intact.

I figured this would be a golden opportunity for someone interested in building a race car (virtually new) for cheap. Please feel free to leave comments or questions or PM me for offers. Thanks guys...

Mileage: 35,000 - serviced at Acura every 5,000 miles
Drivetrain Warranty: Expires October 08' or at 50,000 miles (should still apply)

wut color is the remaining interior pieces?

 

Black. The side and rear panels are damaged (knife marks). The dash, center console, passenger side rear panel, and rear panel (behind rear seats) were not damaged.

Update:

After looking further into the repair estimate, Insurance decided to total the car. Therefore, the shell will no longer be for sale. As mentioned in the original post, I wasn't quit sure if I would be clear to sell it. My apologies for the confusion, but thank you for all of the kind words. Time to move on...
