Default Authenticity of an itr lip?

Okay, I'm about to purchase an itr lip from someone. He wasnt too sure if it was OEM or abs replica. He sent some pics and it does have mounting brackets and is marked HONDA and >PP<? Is this oem? From what I recall the replicas don't have mounting tabs correct? Thanks for the help!

Yea... I just went out and looked at my lip. It says "Jasma"... so then yours may be questionable.

Looks like it may have had mounting points at some time in it's life. That one looks worse than the one in my garage. The markings are the same as mine. OEM 00 PY lip
