need Help ASAP

Default need Help ASAP

I got a 97 civic ex with a 95 GSR obd1 motor...i have the wiring harness conveter...using a p72 ecu which comes wit the motor...my speed odmeter aint working so my v-tec is not working....Next I am having problems with the battery and alt...I changed the alt...and battery.....what ever is happen it is not chargeing the battery....do u think a short or a ground is causingmy this problem

so u think i should just get a new harness....or do u think the speed odmeter gotta do with the ecu too since the car is obd2 and the motor and ecu is obd1
