Default Help convert 97 accord to 5 lug wheels

I bought a 97 accord wagon which the guy had converted to 5 lug and put on some very nice 17 in acura wheels. Car looked great till i changed the tires and realized that he butchered the back end. The front wheels are fine.

He couldnt find a 5 lug hub that fit the abs in the rear so he drilled right into the stock hubs leaving two of the 5 lugs hanging on and almost worthless. So im running on 3 of 5 lugs and need to get it fixed.

Has anyone else converted an accord to 5 lug. Do you know of a 5 lug hub that will fit a 97 accord for the rear wheels.

I have talked to the previous owner but havent got much valuable info from him. Win some and lose some i guess. Please help if you can.

Dan

go check out http://www.accordinglydone.com. I saw an article on there a while back for converting a 4 lug to 5 lug accord. I seem to recall him using Odyssey hubs.

if you have 15" rims or larger, why not convert the car to V6 brakes at the same time? The 5 lug conversion will be a benifit of that.

just use the rear spindles from the V6 car if that is all you want to do is the back wheels

Although true, you have to buy new wheels so it doesn't matter what size wheel you have to begin with.
