the 93 honda was jump stared but the cables were crossed and it got a bad charge since then the only thing that will come on are the hazard lights. I got a new battery and still only the hazard lights will go on. There is a full charge on the battery. What can i do to figure out what went wrong?

 

you blew the main fuse in the under hood fuse box (can't miss it it's the biggest one)

 

Is the main fuse the battery fuse?

 

it's the main/ battery fuse. I think yours is in the fuse box. It screws in. Probably a 100 amp fuse
