Default Which turbo should I buy for a fully modded B16a1 engine. (gt28, gt35R, t3/t4, T-70)

Hello,

I'm building a full modded b16a1 engine with eagle rods, arias pistons, 680cc injectors and I'm looking for a nice turbo.

When I was surfing on internet I found the follow turbo's.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...wItem

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...&rd=1

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...wItem

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...wItem

Which one should you buy if you were in my position, or do you have other ideas please let me know.

I have some nice specs for a turbo on a B16 but I can't find the mathing turbo.

I want to run on 24 psi.

Who has experience with this. My goal is 400 hp. Is this possible or is that just fiction for a B16?

Eh... look at a reputable seller. Not that ebay ****. It's doubtful that any of that will net you your HP goal before it helps destroy your engine.

I believe an sc61 will support your horsepower needs.

Quoted for emphesis. The SC series from percision seems to be right up your alley.

Sc61 for 400whp that seems a little overkill. look at compressor maps and match a turbo closely to your motors needs. There are many turbos that can support 400whp.

Haha..... every one of those turbo's was a rip-off..... the T-70 wasnt even a Garrett but probably a china knockoff, stay away from ebay turbo's and dish out the proper cash for your turbo..... i am assuming you built most of your car off ebay?

And why did you feel the need to quote him? What are you getting at, 680's are fine for a b16.

for most people a GT series is out of the question because they are almost twice as expensive.

if you do only ever want 400hp look into a SC50, SC32 or 34 if you would like more power later..

SC61 is a 650hp turbo

if you dont already have injectors buy big ones right away because later when you want more power your going to be stuck buying them anywaz.

gt35R And the 680's will be fine for up to 450 w/ stock intake manifold.
My wifes car made 454whp@23 psi w/ rc 550's with the neptune. Ran consistant low 12's in a full interior integra all last year w/ zero fuel issues.
