Default new to forum RSX owner

Well I am happy to say I am a proud owner of a 2002 RSX. I was finally able to persuade the wife and we bought it about three weeks ago. I am looking forward to learning about my car and working on it

Obviously you are just talking crap or haven't really browsed that site. Every site has its share of what mod next threads, but clubrsx doesn't only/mainly consist of those posts. There's quite a lot of informative info. All you have to do is search.

I will correct you if you're wrong, and you're freaking wrong... I'm not an idiot. I've "searched" that site. I think there's like 2 people that have over 250whp from a MAJOR MODIFICATION. I'm not talkin nitrous or a header and an intake.

Sure, there's helpful information on every forum because nobody knows everything. But that specific site is completley dead. There's more talk on the girls forums then clubrsx.

Don't get your panties in a bundle pal!

Well either way Honda Tech and Club RSX still share the same H badge! Sure Honda Tech is poppin because there is so much stuff going on. Club RSX is based on one specific car and in due time it will get interesting.

Hmm, you must not be in the right forums then. It is a very actice and informative forum about the DC5. out of 1600 polled members, only 100 or so are boosted. Doesn't mean people don't know about the mods.

Yes I agree about the "what intake/exhaust sounds best" threads are tiresome, and THOSE people need to search. But overall, when compared to any other site for information on the DC5, you can't beat it.

I <3 CLUBRSX.

been there since 2003, i don't think you guys know what you're talking about. there's a lot of "big dogs" on there who have done major mods. i suggest you look over the forum once more.

even though i don't own a dc5, i still go there because most of the stuff from my em2 works on it, and overall aside from the few ricers, i believe it to be a very good forum.

wow, I really don't know what yonder importgirl is talking about. ClubRSX has a lot of good information if you search for it - as in all other webforums, you have to separate the wheat from the chaff.

cRSX has some good stuff on autox chassis tuning and it's also good for local community get-togethers. (Unfortunately, it also has a lot of ricers, but that's pretty much a given when you're getting into the Honda scene.) It caters to a different group than HT, and I wouldn't necessarily put one as better than the other.

to both of you.... i'm not saying its a horrible sit, but i just don't see it as being very useful. sure there's a bunch of information on there, that's what a frickin' forum is for-- but think about that: 100 out of 1600 or so memebers are b00sted? you just gotta get the ***** to do it and know you might blow the damn thing. i don't know i just think its dieing. and alot of people on HT just bitch and moan about stupid stuff! i'm wondering when are people going to realize nobody goes N/A these days, unless you're a domestic!! haha

like i said before, the K will be the new B! just give it a a few years!

Not all of us want to drive boosted FWD cars. Just because it can be done doesn't mean it should. I love the sound of a turbo spool just as much as anyone else, but I would never boost my RSX (though I've thought about it.)

It might be true that only 100/1600 people have boosted cars, but I'm pretty sure a good 1599/1600 people have some sort of suspension mods. For people like me, who would rather have a car that can handle than something that goes really really fast in a straight line, cRSX is a much more valuable resource.

Yeah thanks, I was hoping I would just get to meet some new people and talk a little about my car but then of course there had to be a debate about which forum is best and frankly I don't give a damn all I care about is working on my car and gettin $#i+ done!

What are you planning to do to it?
