Driving a Y7 EK, is a ZC EJ1 coupe or B16 ED9 CRX a downgrade?

Driving a Y7 EK, is a ZC EJ1 coupe or B16 ED9 CRX a downgrade?
I have a Y7 EK hatch, and have 2 trades working out.
My car 96 EK Pea Green with a 99-00 front, but it's rebuilt. Trades:
1. 95 EJ1, teal(gay) DOHC ZC, I/H/E, agressive clutch, Apex WS exhaust, LS mesh
2. 88 CRX Si, B16A, 90-91 tails, aftermarket Silver color change, LS mesh, Racing seats
Coupe sounds good, but I already had a EJ1 last year with a B16. I don't know how strange it would be to go to the same car, but have a lesser motor. CRX is old, looks good in pics, but damn 88?! Plus as an 88, it has the gay dash, gay front, and gay rear suspension.
I do like the EK dash, and 99-00 front better than the others, but unlike last year, when I could afford for a shop to do my B16 into my Z6 coupe, I'm a brokeass now, and need some speed, or at least something a little less lethargic to drive.
Either these worth a trade?

Yeah, that eyelet trailing arm **** with the "rear steering". Seems pretty gay, rather have discs.
Average joe? My EK would look better probably.
