91 Accord EX F22A1 - Oil Pressure Light?
Hey Guys,
Just bought this car as a new beater, drove fine for a week and all the sudden while cruising down the highway the oil pressure light started flashing. Turned off the iginition and back on and it went away. Now it's re-occuring quite frequently.
I don't see any oil leaks except for very minor seapage around the valve cover gasket but it's not leaking at all. I look everywhere I could see and there was nothing leaking, everything is dry for the most part.
My question is, where is the sensor and what could be causing this?
I havn't officially bought the car but I'm not sure if it's just a faulty sensor or if it's an engine related problem. The car runs great, passed emissions, doesn't burn any oil. Oil is full (not hg related). Not sure what else to check?
Is the oil pressure switch at the top of the block, passenger side in the head?
I think that's where it was on my b16?
Any info/things to check would be great.
Thanks for the help.
