Default power steering pump shot?

Sup guys, I picked up a 93 honda accord ex 4dr auto about 2 weeks ago paid $2800 cash for it ...I'm not a noob to hondas, I know they're cheap to operate and you cant kill'em. thats why I bought it.... anyways...when I got it I noticed a squealing sound...I did look over the engine pretty well but at first I thought that the squealing was just a belt that needed to be replaced, but after working on it. It appears that the power steering pump is actually making the noise, not the belt. There is another strange thing I noticed however, the power steering pump doesnt line up very well over the crank shaft pulley so therefore the powersteering belt kinda binds up a lil on the crank pulley when the engine is running....if you look carefully the belt comes over to the passenger side about .25" to .50" away from the crank pulley....so when the engine is running, the belt is rubbing against the crank pulley as its rotating....I looked at the power steering bracket and obviously I didnt notice any way to adjust it.(probably because there is no way to adjust it) Second thing I find a little funny is there fact that this power steering pump doesnt look original....I'm wondering if not only do I have bad bushings/bearings inside the power steering pump which is causing the noise, but if I also have the WRONG power steering pump installed on the car. Tell me what you guys think.

I would go to the juck yard and see if there is any dif between the 2 pumps or just buy a refurb 1, I just paid 125 for a refurb at national outo.
Does the alt. Belt line up ok. If so I would think the same about the pump. Also does it look like there is any damage to the mount or front end

The pump looks like it belongs to an accord but I'm wondering if its supposed to be for an dx/lx. The alt/ac belt lines up just fine. Does anyone know if there is a difference between the pumps among those models?

i believe that the DX did not have power steering but I could be wrong. The pump will be the same for all models.

is the pully on all the way?
are the spacers present?

the pump is most likely toast. I would get a new one from J/Y or rebuild it if you have the time and skill.
