what spring rate are you using? for your car and how does it handle?

this is a loaded question... i run 1000# springs. it handles phenominally. spring rates are determined by a zillion different factors. shocks, alignment, tires etc all play roles in figuring out what spring rate you want/need.

what are you doing with the car? what is the weight of it? answer these questions, and we can give you a recomendation.

my car is a 98 civic HB and im most ly going to use it for street, but i run my car at the Drag strip, and i Autocross. so im just wondering if i should go with 12k in the front and and 10k in the back or the watever...

12k/10k is not a bad setup. i ran the same for years when my hatch was street driven. it may be a little rough for some tastes, but i enjoyed it. with the proper shocks the ride is pretty good on smooth roads, but when it got really bumpy, it was kinda rough. what sway bar or bars do you have or plan on using?

im planing to get the 22mm sway bars
