Will you sell the ECU? If so, how much to 18944?

Ok I was nice the first time, maybe you are a re-re and you say "der der der" all the time but I said NOT PARTING OUT, meaning nothing is parted out or swaped or whatever else you may think of. The ecu came stock with this motor and is going to be sold with this motor.

Maybe your the "der der der" since you think trading is "parting out." You said you didnt want to part it out, which as far as i can tell is because you want to sell it as a complete swap. If i had given you my ECU, you WOULD STILL HAVE a full swap, dumbass. I just wanted to see if you would want to trade ECU's, and make a couple bucks along the way. Apparently not, and now i really wouldnt want to do any business with you anyway. Good luck with the sale.

Ok not trying to be mean but how much do you actually know about cars???? Why would I give someone an OBD1 motor and then turn around and give them a OBD2 p72 ecu. That doesn't make since. So like I said earlier not parting out, no trades. This motor is all original and comes with all factory parts from the day it was born.

The ECU doesnt matter. It doesnt need to match the engine, it needs to match the car its going into- IE the wiring harness that the car has, unless they are installing a conversion harness. If the Motor was a 95 and the car were a 98, they would need an OBD2 ECU for it to plug right in without a harness.

Ex, my motor is a 98, and im wanting to run OBD1. It doesnt matter what year the motor is from, what matters is the year of the car its going into, or the setup the owner wants to run.

How much do YOU actually know about cars??

Oh, and its spelled "sense."

See I am a nice guy, you are making it difficult to be one when you can't read. I said no parting out, what don't you understand. You shouldn't even have asked to trade I SAID NO PARTING OUT. You are wrong in a sense about you ecu knowlegde. The obd1 ecu looks for one oxygen sensor which is what my motor has. If I throw an obd2 on this motor the ecu will see the missing oxygen sensor and throw a code. For people putting in a obd1 swap most states wont let you so you can only put this motor in obd1 or obd0 car. Sure you can put a obd1 motor in a obd2 car, like what I am doing on another project. But some places like California will not pass the vehicle because of a older motor in a newer chassis. Further more it is a lot easier to keep the same obd ecu for the motor, hence why the obd1 ecu will work a lot better on this obd1 gsr motor because all the sensors the ecu looks for is on the motor already. If someone would like to put this obd1 motor in a obd2 chassis it would be a lot more easy and less headache to buy a $70 obd1-obd2 conversion harness then try to get a obd2 ecu to work on a obd1 motor without throwing codes. Thanks

Its not 1800 for the longblock, its 1800 for the full swap, which is a damn good price. Most swaps go for 2300+.
Free bump.

I know someone wants this deal. I can take parts off to lower the price of the shell. I can put stock suspension, steelies, and remove the rear axle spoon exhaust (all you have to do is add a rear section exhaust to the factory mid section) for $1100. or $2800 for the shell and motor
