I've noticed that most civics/integras and such are running relatively cheap tires.. i know that you can't get the world's best street tires for 15/16" wheels, but there are some!
Nittos, Falkens, etc are ok, but there are much better tires on the market if you want to spend a little more cash..
The Bridgestone S03 Pole Position for one, is the OE tire on new Porsches and it's available in 15" rim sizes! yes, they're more expensive, but your tires are your interface between the car and the tarmac.. why spend tons on nice coilovers, etc if you're going to skimp on the rubber!

I'm runninng toyo proxes and they suck I will never get another set of toyos. I used to have yokohama paradas and am looking forward to purchasing another set . Only downside to paradas is when they start to wear they get kind of loud.
I've used:
215/40x16" Yokohama A520s
215/40x16" Kumho 712s
215/45x16" Falken Azenis
Out of those I loved the Azenis but they rubbed bad. They should be labelled as 225/45x16" or even 235/45x16".
The 712s were good. The A520s were loud as hell on the highway.

Instead of putting up poles about which tires people have, I suggest you got to tirerack.com and read the ratings and reviews on the tires. You will soon find that the Bridgestone S03 pole positions are the favorite tire right now. Tirerack doesn't carry falken arzenis but those also seem to be one of the best tires out now if you don't mind lower mileage.
