Buddy Club IV - retainers?

Buddy Club IV - retainers?
Hi!
A have seen a head packege from kteller.com but there is no Retainers.
Do I need also a Buddy Club P1 retainers or can I leave a stock retainers?
Or can i use an omni power retainers?
