Coilovers or Lowering Springs
i have had skunk 2 adjustable coils, sprint springs, and intrax springs. i personally think that adjustable coils are junk, every set that i have seen rides like crap compared to a good coil. my favorite coil that i have owned is the intrax. just really think if you are gonna raise and lower your car, if not then just do a good set of coils.
well it all depends on what you want to do...
if your totally into perf and want adjustability, then go with the coilovers.
if you want some looks and some perf, get lowering springs.
and always, always get afetrmarket shocks when getting springs!

It would be hard to convince me that one type "rides" better than another type, because the quality of the ride will depend on both the spring rates and the dampers. However, coilovers allow corner balancing, which is key to making your car handle. Fixed springs allow for a fixed ride height, which is fine if your car is perfectly balanced for the off-the-shelf springs you're installing, but otherwise it's a huge compromise.
If you're just street driving and you want springs for looks, just get whatever's cheap

I have the NEX coilover setup on my car and it is off the heezE-fo-sheezE!
NO bouncy down the road, no back pains.
HUGS corners.
It is the full coilover kit so it is just very smooth.
Anyone who says negative things about coilovers, just ask them what they had.
REMEMBER: You get what you pay for.
If you paid $150 for some coilovers, don't expect to do anything but get closer to the ground.
