Default 1991 Accord Automatic NO REVERSE!!!

Today after i did a full tune up to my accord out of no where when i go to put it in reverse and all i hear is this loud kind of grind but the car does not move. I dont know what it could be the car only has 76,000 miles. I have had other Honda cars and the trannies never gave me a problem especially at such low mileage. I already tried doing a search so to any info thanks in advance.

My sister had this happen to her 90' accord auto, but that car got beat to death so there is no tellin if she caused it or not. Sorry I cant really offer you any suggestions other than taking it to a trans shop.

So the forward gears work right?
Be sure to check the fluid level and condition (red and stink free)
I would check the shift cable to make sure nothing happened to it during the oil change.
Do the reverse lights come on when you have it there?
