Anyone ever install a harness in a second gen CRX? Where did you put the rear attachment bolts? I read that before there are threaded holes for the belts in the JDM CRXs but that was untrue when I looked in a gutted CRX. Any good suggestions would be nice. I would like to no have to cut or drill my CRX to install a harness.

 

I'm also currently installing belts in my rex, they're 3 pt. I've found that they can bolt down to the bracket, but you don't really want to do that. You should drill and tap a hole. It's not that difficult.

 

I don't believe that there is a safe way to mount a harness without drilling a few holes, or welding.

 

Awww... screw it then. I'll just get a 3 pt and drill, put in a reinforcment plate and call it good. It's going to be a clip in kit anyhow. I don't want to be retarded like those ricers who attach their harnesses to the rear strut bar, oh yeah like that $20 bar isn't gonna snap in a real case where you need that harness do hold. Hell if the brackets don't snap the bar will. HAHA.
