93 accord stalling when stopped

i got a 93 accord here and it stalls when i come to a stop

the RPM will jump from 800 down to 300 couple of times before it stalls

what can it be???

like it's loosing power or like the engine is bringing itself down?
You could have a fuel pump going out on you.
