What are you guys running with your lowered cars on 16's? 205/40/16 or 205/45/16 I just picked up some 16's and is wondering what would look at be the best for my lowered civic. post your pics!

The middle number represents the width of the tire correct?

 

/45/ on my car, I bent a rim on 40's so ill never go back...

stick to 205/45 tires.. the ride sucks with 205/40s

 

yea the rims i bought came with tires too 2 of them have 90% tread life left but are the 205/40's and 2 have 10% life left.. I'm glad i found this out about the tires.. What kind of tires are you guys running? brand?

 

yokohama avs es100's 205/50/16 ... the /50 is cushy ^_^

im running 40s slammed, but i wish i would have gotten 45s

 

i ran 40's slammed, dude, i wouldn't rub but, the ride felt like crap now i run 45's and its alot smoother but i rub every now and then

lol im with him totally comfy even with the yellows on half stiffness

 

205/50s all the way. Less worries of damaging a rim and looks good IMO.

 

I alwys thouhgt 50s on 16s would look monstertruck but that doesnt look bad... up becasue i wanna see more 50/16s

 

205/40/16

 

its personal preference, i peferably like 205/40 since the tires dont look too meaty

 

i had 205/45/16 falken ziex 512s last year and loved them.. i've got 205/40/16 kumho 711s and they suck.. bleh..

50 for 15 inch. 45 for 16 inch.

 

I'm running 215/45/16 Azenis 615's. More grip

 

205/40/16 615 azenis on my ep

 

I've had both... but I like 45s
