4th gen engine into 5th gen accord?

What do i need to switch in order to make this work?

Well its not actually for any hp reasons. My 94 accords engine is about to take a dump and I ran across an amazing deal on a 4th gen engine with very low miles. So i just need to know what if any changes i need to make to make this engine work. Any help would be greatly appreciated..

I don't think you'll be adding any hp with that swap.
