accroding to the California Vehicle Code Section 24007 (b)(2) :
"Prior to or at the time of delivery for sale, the seller shall
provide the purchaser a valid certificate of compliance or
certificate of noncompliance, as appropriate, issued in accordance
with Section 44015 of the Health and Safety Code. "
Does the car have a sticker for the B20 yet?

accroding to the California Vehicle Code Section 24007 (b)(2) :
"Prior to or at the time of delivery for sale, the seller shall
provide the purchaser a valid certificate of compliance or
certificate of noncompliance, as appropriate, issued in accordance
with Section 44015 of the Health and Safety Code. "

thanks for stating the vehicle code mr. johnny law. lol. that was funny. I've bought and sold over 15 cars in my life so I'm very familiar w/ the code. You crack me up!
That code isn't set in stone cause for example how can a wrecked car or shell be sold? but moving on what sticker are you talking about? BAR? can't BAR a B20 in CA.
