Just wanted to know before I send in my application. Also, what about helmets? Do I need to buy one or what?

Helmets, you need to bring your own i think. But i know there are a few members bring extras

Also, I bleive cgi provides instructors and they ride in your car untill you are signed off.

Thanks for the quick replies. I guess since there will be different run groups helmets could always be borrowed from someone in another group?

You can buy a cheap M-rated (motorcycle) open face helmet for only about $100. You don't want no stanky shared helmet. And you can use it next time you go to the track or auto-x. Just make sure it's M95, M2000 or better (required by SCCA for auto-x).
