Default cam regrind


just curious my ride is 4th gen accord with a f22b1 head im currently installing milled a 30ths 3 angle valve cut planning on bootsing 7psi am wanting to get my cam regrind need some suggestions my app is daily street driving with some strip on the weekends any help would be helpful

I would like to know some specs and HP ratings from them. The price is basically the same as F22parts.... wonder if this regrind would be better than a brand new cam....

well i just talked to the guy at the machine shop and he wanted to charge 65 snaps he just wanted to know what lift and duration I want

i would lookup the specs on the Delta 272 grind and go with specs similar to it, as its really the only camshaft that has any feedback on it.

Seriuosly your best bet is to just stay with your factory cam. All the so called turbo cams are ground off using a n/a motor cam set up.

ya I know is that I also got a 3 angle valve cut and had it milled a 30ths wont I need an upgraded cam

no. If you were to upgrade the cam to an aggresive profile, then you would probably want to upgrade the valve springs and maybe the valves. But the 3 angle valve cut and mill work doesn't require an upgraded cam.
