Need help/opinions with B18C1 build
I know that alot of my questions have been discussed at great length here and I have been reading archived posts for days but I want to discuss the specifics of my build. I want to make sure that the parts I buy will compliment each other well.
What I am starting with:
USDM B18C1 - rebuild 12k miles ago by Hybrid Dynamics.
Bored and honed and tanked
New OEM bearings, seals, rings, etc...
ITR rods
ITR pistons (oversize)
ITR valves and valvetrain
GSR cams
USDM GSR transmission
GSR intake manifold
GSR TB
Apex'i 4-2-1 header
Apex'i N1 exhaust
Chipped P72
On the base tune it did 157 whp and 118 ft/lb of torque on a dynojet with a really smooth curve.
All in all the motor runs very well and I am pretty happy with it. That being said I want more.
Here is my want list from my reading adventures. I am on a budget but I am looking for a plan that I can use to build this up over the next 6-8 weeks. BTW this is not a daily driver. It will be solely a weekend car.
Cams:
Buddy Club Spec. III+ - I read here that these can be used on the ITR valvetrain if I don't plan on going over stock redline. I don't plan on it so these seem to be what I would want given the power in the midrange.
Intake Manifold:
AEBS - Seems like good bang for the buck.
Throttle Body:
Not sure how big I should get. Any thoughts? Or should I ditch all that and have ITBs fabbed? My buddy has GSXR itbs that I can get for $50.
LSD:
I am torn between buying an OBX and just selling the GSR tranny to a friend and buying an ITR tranny with 4.7 final drive.
Mounts:
I plan on ordering Innovative EK mounts in anodized black with the 75A (black street/strip) bushings on Monday from camp1320.
Also does anyone have any dynos of similar setups? I am curious about what I can expect for the money.
Thanks in advance.

as far as the lsd i recommend getting the itr, if your on a budget definetly don't waste your money on junk like obx. also if your on a budget buy some motor mount inserts they are cheap and very effective. just my opinion.
nice build, your headed in the right direction for sures.
i made about 185whp with bc cams. i got a gsr tranny with the 4.7fd and it is totally leet i must say. if you get the itr tranny with it. then go for it and im sure itd have a lsd too.
imho. go with the bc cams and itr tranny for sures..
what clutch/flywheel are you planning on using?

Already has an ACT stage 1 (I think) and 8lb flywheel.
How is the spacing of the gears on your GSR tranny with the 4.7? Does it work well?

I already have some inserts on the way for my other car. I'm thinking they should be great on a single cam motor. What worries my is the damn fluid filled mount on the EK. My friend has broken quite a few with an H22A and the car I am buying with the GSR already has a broken one. I have to replace the mount in the guy's driveway before I drive it home.
