i have an 89 prelude si. 159,000 mi, auto tranny with the sport shift. upon normal acceleration, 1st gear revs up to about 3500 rpm and slowwwwly shifts into second. you can feel the hesitation and watch the RPMs slowly drop back to 2200-2500 as it does. is this a sign of the tranny going out or maybe it just needs fluid? i'm a newbie, sorry

also, shifting all the way down to 2 and taking off, the car barely moves.

and why does the S3 light on the dash flash about three times upon turning on the ignition? does this indicate a problem?
