anyone have any decent writeups or links to how to make a simple foam mold, or other molding techniques?

ive got some fiberglass cloth and im wanting to learn how.

small molds, possibly made from foam or something, then laying cloth over.
also maybe a link on how to better make parts that are made with cloth and not mat....

just wanting to make a velocity stack for a practice piece. and i was thinking about using a 2L soda bottle and molding from that.
