Default B17 with P30's

I've checked the C speed calculator for the compression on this setup and results were 11.3:1 with 2 layer headgasket and 10.9:1 with 3 layer OEM gasket for .25 OS P30's in a B17. Just wondering if anyone could verify this for me. I've read in the past that this calculator is not accurate at times. I have also done alot of searching and was only able to find threads regarding CTR pistons in a B17, not P30's. If my compression is at about 11.3, should I ditch the BC3+ and go with some Blox B's? Thanks in advance for your help

As far as I know, the calculator is only wrong with CTR (PCT) pistons, the rest are pretty correct.

if you do decide to ditch the buddy clubs and want to sell them I might be interested in them. But I've heard that the BCs are good for a wide range of CRs. The Blox Bs will give you more up top but not as much in the mid lke the BCs.

Good to know. So Im going to assume that 11.3 is correct. I'm still not decided on what cams to choose though. I think IM going to stick with the BC3+. I'd like to know how high they will make power. I know people that have had them fall off about 8k, but thats with their motor only being stock compression B16's (10.2) and GSR's (10.6). I wonder if my compression being just a little higher will cause them to make power a little further into the RPMs, like 8500 or something. What do you guys think?
