Sounds like you got most of the wiring done. For the fuse box plugs, the red/black wire goes to #2 in the accessory slots and the large white wire goes to #5. The accessory slots are labeled. The wiring is for OEM fogs, which should be similar to the Depo ones. Make sure you ground the outside harness.
see i got 2 2-5's the one for fuses and one for plugs??
and all i got on the inside harness is
1 plug for the switch
1 ground
1 wire to connect to the engine harness
1 wire to the fuse box
i can take pic i you like cause i really would like to get this done. lol
Thanks for the help so far.

I tried everything on mine (replaced the relay, tried multiple switches, followed your write-up which is very helpful) and it wouldn't work. Come to find out my harness was wired incorrectly.

Not hard to run the wires the right way man...
If you look at the bottom of the relay you will see some numbers.
Numbers should be right by the Pins.
Pin30- This goes to the battery ( Has a ring terminal on it.
Pin87- This should go to the foglights them selves.
Pin 85- Should be Black and have a ring terminal.. This goes to a Chassis Ground
Pin86- This goes to your fuse box to turn on the Relay and send the power to the foglights.

Wish I would've know that when I had my harness. I sent it back to JDMSh!t, they're going to mail me a new one.

did you try to wire it the way i just told you to? if you do not have the bulb seated correctly in the foglight it will connect with the ground and short and blow the fuse.
