Anyone Ever paint a Car with a Wagner Spray gun???
A Friend and my self were bored talkin about random stuff. and we seen a comercial on TV about a wagner spray gun. Then we just thought i wonder if we could paint the beater hatch with a spray gun. So lemme here your input if it could be done or not

I would think that they would spray the paint out too heavy... maybe i am wrong??

Nope it wont work. The paint needs to be atomized before contact, the wagner doesnt atomize it enough. It comes it way to thick

The tip that the wagner uses is massive, the average spray gun is 1.4.
Atomization has nothing to do with paint mixing this just means that the paint is turned into TINY particles when going through the gun tip
