Default Larger wheels have issues with towing?

I was thinking about purchasing something along the lines of:

Dodge Magnum
Chrysler 300
Dodge Charger

But am wondering if you were to put larger rims on the car, does that bring about issues with towing? I was going to use either of the cars for towing a boat but would like to throw some better looking wheels on it first.

Just a thought and NO I will no be purchasing one anytime soon, maybe when I'm done with school.

Having a low pro tire doesn't effect anything either? I almost think it would because there is no cushion.

may as well just get a truck, those cars are too nice to rock hitches IMO.
