Turbo Question

Why would a turbo for a 2000 Accord VTEC not be able to be used on a 2001 Accord non-VTEC?

I think between 2000 and 2001 they changed the OBD version to 2.5 or something like that. I may be wrong though

Where did you hear this? The exhaust manifold my be different. So might the plumbing.
