91 Civic Si seat interchange
What seats will interchange with a 91 Civic Si? Looking in a junkyard today, it looked like Integra seats were a direct bolt-up, but I couldn't be sure. If the seat rail-to-frame pattern doesn't match, is it possible to unbolt the sliders from the mounting rails and match up the seats that way? I'm looking for any possible match-up, not just Integra to Civic. If seats from other makers will fit, that would be fine, too.
Thank you.
Thank you.
90-91 civic seats are your only option if you want them to bolt up. they also have the setabelt on the seat so that could cause more problems. I serious dont think any other seat will directly bolt in but I am not sure!
Why would you want to swap seats in a Si? My guess is that the cover is torn or in bad condition. Check out my seat thread from awhile back. I recovered the driver seat with the pass side seat cover. Works perfectly.

Thanks for the info.
The driver's seatcover is beyond repair, and the left side bolster foam is down to the seat frame. The passenger's seat cover has a couple of burns, as well as some stains.
If I can find a decent pair of seats at the junkyard that are bolt-in replacements, I'd just as soon do that as try to repair and re-cover the ones I have, so any info on interchangability is much appreciated. Those Acura seats were in beautiful shape, and the mounts looked just like the ones on the Civic Si. I'd have bought them if they hadn't also been stained by the greasy hands of someone who was removing other parts.
Cory man - Where in Maryland are you located? Do you have a shop? Since I don't do nearly as much of my mechanic work as I used to, I could sure use a good Honda specialist.

I'm actually a tech at the local Honda dealer so I have alot of experience with Honda's in general. Im located about 20 mins from Ocean City MD. If you need some advice pm me, I'll do whatever I can to help.
The middle of the Eastern Shore is a bit far to come for service. Which dealer, though, in case I should need help on a trip to O.C.?
Also, my sunroof isn't working. The motor is functional, but the linkage seems to be jammed. How difficult is that to get to and repair? It seems as though the most difficult part is dropping and replacing the headliner.
Thank you.

Its Pohanka Honda in Salisbury. Have you tried lubing the track with white lithium grease? A few yrs ago I removed the headliner for a thorough cleaning and while I had it out I lubed the entire sunroof track. For 2 yrs or so it was like new, smooth and very fast to open and close. Its slowed down quite a bit but still works very well. I dont daily driver the car anymore so its not a big deal. PM me if you need anything else.
