Default Bubbles in paint???

I just got my 99 honda accord coupe repainted and when you look close there are some small bubbles in the paint. They are raised aliitle and it does not feel smooth. Anybody know what this could be from?

it's probably from dirty painting equipment.

for example, if the painter did not use a filter for the air source, oil from the air compressor can be mixed with the paint and when the paint is dry, it will leave imperfection on the surface.

Yeah, I agree with "Iam7head". But there is a bunch of things that could have caused.
It could have been poor preparation for the paint job as well, some areas may need primer and have to be "sealed", if not... small bubbles or stains could appear.
